Fundraising Form Step 6: Analyze

Once you have published a fundraising form and collected at least one donation on the form you will find new information generated on the Results tab of the form. The first piece of information you will see at the top is the total amount raised on this particular fundraising form.

To the right you will see an option to change the timeframe (30days, 90days, 1year or Lifetime) of when the data for the graphs in the lower section is pulled.

If you have a specific date range you want to filter by click the date dropdown and select the range of days and click Apply.

To toggle on/off specific stats in the graphs click the colored box next to the stat you want to toggle.

The first graph will show a breakdown of amounts raised between First-Time Donors and Returning Donors.

The second graph will show breakdown of number of donations between First-Time Donors and Returning Donors.

Largest Donations will give you amount statistics for both one-time and recurring donations. It will let you know the largest donation, largest donation by first time donor and largest donation by returning donor.

Donation Averages will give you amount statistics for both one-time and recurring donations. It will let you know the average donation, average donation by first time donor and average donation by returning donor. 

Donation History will give you a daily breakdown of the following statistics:

  • Total Amount
  • Total One-Time Amount
  • Total Recurring Amount
  • Total Number of gifts
  • Total Number of One-Time Gifts
  • Total Number of Recurring Gifts
