Release: 6/9/15

Not seeing the new stuff? Try logging out of Salsa Engage and back in. (Right. Oldest technical support tip in the book.) If that doesn't do the trick, contact support and let us know what's up.

Personalize Your Pages

We’ve added a tiny yet powerful little detail for your pages: an option for your own favicon.

A what? You may have noticed that when you open a new window in your browser, many sites have a small image alongside the page title, like so:

This small image is called a “favicon” and can help to make your pages even more distinct.

Just use the new options under your Settings here:

to add your own image. Don’t have a favicon? You can use something like: to generate your own.

Note: If you want to add a favicon to a page that has already been published, you’ll need to first make your page private, then re-publish your page.

Manage Your Supporter Records

We’ve updated the imports and segments workflows to follow a more standard process, including an option for saving and reusing field mapping.

Supporter data can now be exported in segment batches or in full. Use the "Settings" link at the top right, and you'll find an "Export" tab.

You can export your data immediately or on a schedule. Try it out!
