Sign-up Form Step 6: See the Results

Once you have published a sign-up form you will find a new tab in the page workflow - See the Results.

To the right you'll see a date filter. Updating these values will filter the data for every report on this page.

Total Page Views

See and compare the total number of times this page has been viewed by any user. To be counted here, people don't have to do anything but look at the page - they don't have to fill out the sign-up form.

  • Total page views may be a duplicated count (i.e. if one person viewed the sign-up page three times that would count as three page views).
  • Unique page views are an unduplicated count (i.e. if one person viewed the sign-up page three times that would count as one unique page view).

New Subscriptions

Remember those message topics you created during your account setup? Those message topics correspond to types of subscriptions that your supporters can manage. They can select the particular subscriptions they want when they complete the sign-up form.

The New Subscriptions Report tells you how many people signed up for subscriptions via this particular sign-up page.

Conversions

The Conversions Report shows you the number of conversions (the number of people who submitted the sign-up form) side by side with the number of total page views. To calculate your conversion rate, simply divide:  conversions divided by page views.

Timeline

See the performance of this particular sign-up page over time. You may be able to discern patterns between spikes or lulls in activity with campaigns which would drive traffic to the form.

Need to see the specific dates? Move your cursor over the graph and details will appear for that specific point in time.
